Outdoor Replacement Canopy Top Double Tier Gazebo Roof Cover for Lowe's Allen Roth 10x12 Gazebo #GF-12S004B-1 (Khaki)

The main canopy is very nice, well constructed with strong stitching and the color scheme is nicer than the original canopy. We purchased it as a replacement for a 10'x12' gazebo that we bought from Busy Beaver home improvement center 2 years ago, hopefully this one will last longer. Although it appears to have been waterproofed a second application of something like Scotch guard or camp dry appears to be necessary. Overall quality is fantastic for half the price of the original manufacturer replacement. The upper canopy or fly canopy is a little bit larger (loose fitting)for my frame than the original but it looks and works fine. I would recommend it to anyone needing a 10x12 gazebo replacement canopy!

Great replacement product. Fits great and easy to reinstall. Great value for the money.

I was a bit skeptical because of the price, but based on the dimensions and the previous reviews, I pulled the trigger. Glad I did. It fit perfectly. It had just a little more room/play than the original, but it's still snug enough while making it easier to install. Of course time will tell how well this holds up, but the quality of the build seems high. I pre-treated it with a spray on UV protectant, which should help. Color was slightly darker than expected. Overall a great value for the money. I will buy this again when my second canopy needs a new cover

It works but top is slacky. fits tight on ends but in-between it's not tight. Last one had velcro this one has fabric strings with no place to attach. Besides this issue we will need to see how long it will last

I bought this to replace a torn cover on my canopy. It was a perfect fit. I actually love that it doesn’t allow water to seep through. I have a picnic table underneath it and can still sit at the table when it’s raining outside. The color did fade kind of fast, but it is in direct sunlight.

It was easy to put on but the first rain we noticed leaking on every seam which is exactly what you do not want in a roof. Do not buy

Love the color and the fabric is great. Not cheap. It’s holding water out. It’s thick enough to keep the hot Sun out. Keep it cool

This is an absolutely beautiful product. Durability is great and it fits perfectly. The major problem with the product if you get burgundy, it will fade extremely fast! The problem is it wasn’t even up a month and it faded.

It is a good product but much taller than I expected. When building the roof follow the instructions exactly or you will have problems to attach it.

Was delivered quickly and works perfectly. The quality is good and fit is perfect. Gazebo looks brand new again.

I don't know why I keep buying this cover. Last year, I purchased the gray- which turned purple by July, this year I bought the brown. Guess what?! It's turning purple. It barely fits, we made it work with a lot of strength, but it's not the exact right fit. It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't turn purple, don't buy this, unless of course you would like a washed out purple/pink gazebo cover.
