UP DATE: I’m Sad It won’t work
I unplugged my pet fountain to travel and when I got to my destination I filled it and plugged it in and the white light blinks and the fountain won’t run. I followed the trouble shooting and checked the impeller and and it still won’t run 😢 i contacted homerunpet and received immediate feedback with suggestions to get pump working and next steps if the suggestions failed. I’m happy to say, the suggestions worked I needed to use a new/different a/c adapter. I have many extra on hand from old phones and electronics. I’m so glad because I love this pet fountain It is easy to clean and maintain. I my cat is happy and healthy.

Homerunpet Water Fountain
I have been looking at different cat water fountains to replace the one I had. I wanted something that would be easier to clean then the one I had and I found it with Homerunpet. I ordered the fountain through Amazon and then contacted Homerunpet to register it for the warranty. Once I registered it they told me that they were sending me 3 filters for free! I am very pleased with this water fountain and it is super easy to clean and my cat seems to like it also.
