I’ve bought this flour a few times for making homemade pasta or to make sourdough pizza dough. I use it with Italian 00’ flour. The pasta comes out so beautifully—melt in your mouth good. The semolina flour aids in making the dough easier to handle. I could mill my own wheat, however, this flour is a good quality and convenient. The price is a good value when compared with other companies. I like the close-able packaging. I store the flour in a refrigerator to prolong the longevity or quality.

I’ve been using this semolina flour for about three years now, and I’m always happy with its quality and consistency. It’s an excellent value for the price and has become my favorite brand. I love using it instead of regular flour when making syrniki (cheese pancakes) — they turn out soft, golden, and delicious every time. Truly the best semolina flour I’ve tried! Wonderful for my pizza dough, fresh and great taste

I stocked up on this flour because it was on deal for a great price. I only buy King Arthur flour products as they really are some of the best. This flour is perfect for making Artisan Neopolitan Pizza. I howled with laughter at one reviewer who said it didn't include the yeast. Hilarious! Obviously, that person doesn't know how to bake with yeast. No, yeast isn't included! This flour is perfect for preventing pizza dough from sticking and it also makes great homemade pasta.
