It's really hard to tell if this is any good, but I do feel better taking it.

This product is excellent for making your hair and nails beautiful.

This copper supplement has little taste, almost tastes like water. My only issue is that it is in a plastic bottle not a glass one. So unfortunately plastic particulates are in the supplement as well, hard to avoid in this day and age, but would be less of a concern if the bottle was glass.

I have vitiligo spots on right side of my face. I noticed my eye lashes and my nose hairs on my right side starter to turn white then it started on my eye brow. When i say white I mean WHITE not gray but white. I started to drink this copper suppliment At this point my brow only had like 3 very obvious hair. I had to cover them with mascara because they were so visable After 3 days I noticed some of my white hairs on my brow had turned black. I even noticed my nose hairs are almost all back to the black they once were. Im only 33 so my hairs shouldn't be white. My eyelashes haven't returned back to their beautiful black color but its only been 2 monthe of using this product. I'm very hopeful. So if you have some white hair I recommend trying this if it can work for my face it can work for your gray hair lol. I'm sharing my/our experiences. Yours might be totally different. I/we bought this because we learned a copper deficiency can exist in people who have white or grey hair. A teaspoon twice a day has caused our white hair to begin to disappear or continually become darker. Its just crazy..

Plastic bottle, I don't trust it because the last one I got was from a Natural Doctor in a glass bottle and even though they just taste like water, it had a copper after taste, and this one just taste like distilled water.
