It could be charged and still dies. Acts very slow. Also just freezes out of nowhere

That thing lasted less than 6 months. Where it charges it gets in the way. It's true about being one of the worst tablet kid products. In the end my husband replaced it by buying a kids Onn brand tablet. My kid enjoys it better and the battery last longer than this device. Don't spend it on this device. They need to improve it and improve the charging port on the top. This is more than anything worth like $25 not wherever it is now. Really disappointed. I regret giving it a chance and wish I return it and got my money back. But there a time limit. Don't waste your money. Get a Onn tablet from Walmart even better. Im sorry for not believing other's people reviews. They were being honest.

I purchased one of these in August for our 3 year old. Likely just luck of the draw, but we didn't experience any problems with wireless connectivity , screen or admin functionality that others have reported. The performance isn't top-level but adequate for a price-point tablet like this. At first the battery life was great - 5 hours or so. Since then, the battery life has slowly degraded to the point where it only has about 2 hours use time. The battery will no longer charge while the unit is up and running. We have to shut it down for the battery to even take a charge. I suspect that it may become unusable in the next 6 months or so. We'll see. I would advise buying the extra protection warranty if offered. UPDATE Feb 2024: Battery life is down to under 30 minutes now. Additionally, the unit absolutely will NOT connect to my phone's hot spot whereas my ancient Samsung Tab 3 has no problem doing so.

Screen size is 10 inch, color quality is good.

These are ok. They work & I do like the kids programming on it which is why I have 4 stars. It is loaded with nice games and kid appropriate shows that my kids have enjoyed a lot (4 & under,) but it’s slower then we’re use to. I guess that’s what to expect when you buy a cheaper tablet. The battery doesn’t last as long as I hoped for. We bought it for long car rides & when the kids are in the stroller but it always dies. It also doesn’t always connect to the internet, for example it will not connect to my hotspot in the car, but it does connect to my spouses. I do not understand that. We also exited the kids programming somehow and I cannot get it back to the way it was. I liked that most about the tablet so I really tried hard. I cannot find a way on the tablet or on YouTube. I wish there was an easy way to get back to that.

All and any Parent, should make this product their child's first tablet. The tablet itself is already pre loaded with learning programs for your children. The tablet itself has very good graphics/pixels as well as speed when loading a app for your child from outside the installed apps that come with it. The protective case that surrounds the tablet is by far a game changer. Our child dropped her tablet many times, and nothing happened. We are giving this item for the above said five stars without question.

This tablet far exceeds my expectations, and I bought my eldest a similar design a few years ago. The interface is a lot simpler and the touchscreen is more responsive. Can’t wait to share on Xmas day
