This item looks like kids toys but is very effective, i suffer from COPD and this Breathing trainer has been a great help for me and my lungs. every time i use it i feel much better and it clear up my chest congestion's !

Recommend by my Aerospace doctor to strengthen the diaphragm. Simple instructions included, easy to use. Compact size, can fit into a small purse. 6 different settings for exhale and inhale.

I think the key is regular use over an extended time. like any exercise, what benefit you get is based on how much effort you put forth. this device does allow you to adjust the resistance. for a great price!

I bought a different (more expensive?) brand of something like this before. This time I bought 2 to leave in other places in the house. One was fine. A little less resistance than the more expensive version I got and doesn't have a detachable mouthpiece like that either, but I'm OK with that. The second arrived broken. One of the dials didn't turn all the way, and if I shook it it made a rattling sound. I will be returning that one.
