I discovered this supplement about two decades ago and been taking it ever since, but the brand I was taking started putting less percentage of the ingredient in their capsules so I stopped buying it because it was very expensive. On a whim, I bought this brand and was very surprised that it helped me as much as the other stuff I was used to taking! I use it to clear brain fog from menopause. Easy to swallow caps is an extra benefit. Really good value for the money as well. Great stuff. It works!

I seem to have less brain fog and I seem more able to concentrate.

I always try to buy from American companies when I can, but will buy from Europe etc., if the products are excellent. I just happened to research Longlifenutri, and found the company has a very good reputation. The order came on time; with Amazon, 98% of the time, my orders arrive either on time or sooner. The packaging was professional and sealed tightly. The Phosphatidylserine I found really important to take for so many reasons. So, have I felt or seen any results within a week or so? Of course not! It takes about a month to feel and see benefits from most supplements. Plus, I take a dozen other supplements because I work-out, am a Single Dad, work full-time and take health & fitness as a long term journey, and not a "fix it quick" solution. Within the next week or so, the benefits will surface. If not, I have rather expensive urine! lol! I've researched and it is a good product. To me, it is pennies per day concerning cost, and the rewards far exceed the cost.

This is a great product. But, I strongly disagree with one reviewer where they seem to be upset with the company for added a free "pill box" to each order. I love those! I look forward to them. I use them! Thank you for the free pill box and a great product!

I've been taking this brain food for decades. Its benefits have been scientifically tested and proven. While I've mostly taken Jarrow's version', this brand is equally as good. Very reliable and helpful.
