Great price and quality vegan protein!!! Nice texture with a high protein content per serving! Live the flavor and low carb content! This makes my life so much easier as I cut calories and aim for 100 grams of protein per day.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I realized I need to write one. This protein powder fills a very tiny niche in the market—flavored, plant-based, with no artificial sweeteners. I’ve tried a lot of powders and realized I can’t do no-calorie sweeteners. No sucralose, stevia, monk fruit, or anything else. I’ve also tried unflavored whey powder and realized that whey must be the source of the gross barnyard taste that I get from milk. So, my option for protein shakes leaves me with plant-based protein sweetened with real sugar. And that is what this is. It is the only product that meets this need. Yes, it has real sugar, and so yes, it has less protein and more calories that something with artificial sweeteners. For me, the less sweet taste is a plus, and you still get more than 1 gram of protein for every 10 calories, which is pretty good. I mostly blend it into non-dairy milk for my iced coffee and I don’t use a full two scoops—usually just a little less than a scoop. And it works fine. My coffee is still enjoyable, and not two sweet. It blends ok, just a little chalkiness. I’m grateful to have found this product years ago, and even when I try something else, I have always come back. Now, I’m done trying other things and I just put it on subscription.

First of all, I really like this protein powder & the taste and usually have it simply with just 8 ounces of electrolyte water, and it mixes well. I’ve been using this Vega product ever since it hit the shelves because I don’t use others that contain chemicals & fillers and dairy & gluten. I like how this product contains only 4 ingredients. Though I don’t like the fact this contains the infamous “natural flavors” (because that term is ambiguous & the unknown) but I haven’t noticed any gut or inflammatory reactions so I can live with this. But here’s my main problem with this product: it is NOT “about 10 servings” as they claim. And not even close. They need to change the labeling because it’s more like 7-8. I hadn’t paid much attention to this before because I used to use only one scoop (serving) at a time with just water or added it to my oatmeal for extra protein. But now that I’ve been regularly using 2 scoops at once, I noticed it was disappearing too fast and I never pack the powder deeply into the scooper. I started marking my container with a Sharpie after each use and had been getting only 7-8 servings per container. And I never packed the powder into the scooping cup. Then I started to read reviews on the internet & here from several others confirming my claim. For my most recent container, I purposely didn’t fill up the scooper and filled it up only 8/10 to see if I’d finally get “about 10 servings” using less powder. Well, I barely got 9 servings and this is with not using a full serving 9 times, so it’s as if I was right back to the 7-8 servings I was getting before. I can tolerate the half-filled oversized container. But what I cannot tolerate is being deceived by false advertisement. Vega claims each container consists of “about 10 servings” when in fact it does not. They need to change their label because they’re lying & falsely claiming the amount of servings per container. They need to correct this and change the total servings to “about 8” because that’s what they’re providing & selling us. If they need to raise their prices then please do so and add more powder to the containers. Or, keep your prices the same, change the label and correctly claim you’re selling me & us “about 8 servings.”

I usually don’t write reviews but WOW if I could give 7 stars I would! I was looking for a good, dairy free protein powder that could go with my coffee & this one was definitely the perfect choice. It mixes BEAUTIFULLY, I didn’t even need a blender, you can just stir it thoroughly with a spoon & it mixes very well. No clumps whatsoever! (As you can see in my photos.) It made the coffee so smooth and creamy. Plus the vanilla flavor goes PERFECT with the coffee. Like a creamer, but better because it gives that boost of protein! Literally tastes & looks like it’s from a cafe!😋☕️ How I did it: 1.) Half cup of water + coffee concentrate or coffee (Mixes well with a spoon even in cold water!) 2.) 1 scoop of this glorious product 3.) Add ice (optional) (My coffee was already so smooth & creamy without milk, but if you wanted to add a milk of your choice for an extra creaminess, go ahead!) That’s it! So quick & easy for busy mornings. Very happy with my purchase!

I bought this assuming it was the same as the other Vega protein powder that I bought, but it is FAR from: aside from having 6grams of added sugar (boke🤮) it also has 5grams LESS protein than the other powder I bought from the Vega brand. It’s so different that I actually dread using it because i HATE sugar and I burn between 1500-2500(sometimes 3000) active calories a day and frankly, the other Vega protein powder was already less protein than I wanted and I only bought THAT one because Orgain is getting ridiculously expensive and I’ve had to make adjustments to how much I spend on things because of the tanking economy, so if I’m to be honest, I feel duped. I cannot simply send it back for reasons I don’t feel like getting into, but yeah, I feel ripped off and I’m not happy at all with the crap that Vega is peddling; it simply doesn’t live up to the rest of their products and I will not be buying or using Vega products anymore. I’ll pay the extra for Orgain; it may cost a little more but at least their products are consistent. **update** As if I wasn’t already livid after reading the nutrition label, the photo above shows how much product is actually IN the containers that are ALREADY so small that having the 10 servings that the product claims to have is unlikely. In this photo, I have barely opened it and I even dumped what had filled the scooper during shipping back into the container with the rest of the product. Vega should be ASHAMED of their business model. I’m NEVER buying this brand again. Absolutely abysmal.
