My nails and hair are so strong and thick. I've never been able to grow my nails this long without some sort of gel overlay or breakage and all I wear now is a clear coat. They seem to absorb well (my eyes no longer feel tired and like they want to close at bright lights, weirdly specific but my eyes alwayyyys felt tired). Easy to swallow, fine texture and stickiness in that they don't melt in your mouth faster than you can swallow.
