Does this work well for snowboarding. does it keep you warm too? If not anyone have recommendation for snowboard? for wind/cold

This bandana is thin and I would wear this on a warmer day. It breathes well and will not do too much to keep you warm.

I have a large head. What are the dimensions of this neck gaiter when laid flat and measured length & width?

I think you will be fine. If using as a mask, I suggest doubling it. Hope this helps-

Is the material good enough to get a design pressed on it without melting

It's a thin polyester material. The item washed well & was fine after putting it in the dryer on low. Not sure how it would hold up to an iron. Held up great in the scorching heat of the desert.
