Excellent laptop. In brand new condition. Has about 100 battery cycles. Power brick was not OEM

I ordered the computer in "Excellent Condition," and there were no major dents or anything. However, the keyboard was definitely used and not cleaned effectively, as it only took some wet wipes to remove the previous owner's oils. I ordered the computer thinking I was going to get a 512GB model because that's what the listing said I would receive. However, I got a 1-terabyte model instead!!! So I am thrilled. The computer itself works great and is super fast much better than the Microsoft Surface Laptop Go that I was using I chose the pro over the newer air model because I felt that the air would melt with the amount of work that I do (Adobe). I haven’t had much time with it to see if the battery lasts long enough, because the battery has degraded to only 86% health, which isn’t the best for a computer in "Excellent Condition." Otherwise, I am happy with it and I hope that happiness continues...

This is my first time buying a refurbished Apple product and I can say I’m happy with the decision overall. At first glance, the MacBook looks to be in excellent condition. If you look very closely, you can see some light scratches and minor wear on the body, especially on the right side below the ports, as well as a few tiny marks that show normal use. What concerned me a bit more was the screen: it’s not damaged or worn out, but under certain lighting I can notice a couple of small hairline scratches. That said, this is exactly what you should expect from a refurbished product — it’s not 100% perfect cosmetically, but it’s fully functional and works great. I received the model I ordered: a 14" MacBook Pro with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. It arrived completely drained of battery and came with a non-original charger and cable, which is something to keep in mind if that detail is important to you. One personal tip: take the time to read the seller reviews carefully — that’s something I skipped and I realized it can really influence your overall experience. Despite the small cosmetic details, I totally recommend buying refurbished products, especially from Apple. It’s a great way to get a powerful device when you don’t have the budget for a brand-new one.

recently purchased this renewed MacBook Pro and overall I’m pretty happy with the computer itself. Performance-wise it seems excellent so far. The laptop looks almost brand new with no noticeable scratches or damage, and the setup process was smooth and easy. However, I was pretty disappointed when I first opened the package. The MacBook arrived with visible crumbs on the screen and debris in between the keyboard keys, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before being sent out. For a renewed product, I expected it to at least arrive sanitized and ready to use. After cleaning it myself, everything seems to work perfectly and the device runs great, so the actual quality of the computer is very good. I just wish the refurbishing process included better cleaning and inspection before shipping. If the cleanliness had been better, this would easily have been a 5-star experience. *in the process of cleaning I took a picture so it was worse before

I was a little nervous about buying a MacBook on Amazon but I couldn't be happier. It came in PERFECT condition and was ready for me to set it up and I had no issues. You couldve told me it was brand new out of the box and Id believe you lol It's very fast and lightweight. I put a case on it so that made it a lil heavier but still definitely very easy to carry around. The 14" was a better size than I thought it would be!! Less bulky than a 15" but still very usable/not so small that I can barely type. I plan to use this for music production purposes (and an upgrade from my old laptop) and with the speed I've seen so far, I'll do just fine :) **IMPORTANT NOTE: CHECK REVIEWS ON SELLERS WHEN YOU DECIDE WHERE YOURE ORDERING FROM!!!** Some had REALLY bad reviews so I steered clear. I ordered my laptop from Dynamic IT Hardware so I recommend them.

Very good refurbished item with very minor scratches which are hardly noticeable. Overall I would give it 8.5/10.

MacBook arrived on time and works as it should. Would have given 5 stars had the produce arrived in excellent condition as ordered. The keyboard had signs of heavy wear, there were multiple scratches on the outside of the MacBook, and the battery condition was below 90%. Overall it is an amazing and fast machine but certainly did not reach the label of excellent condition. Also the charger that the computer came with is definitely not stable to charge the machine so I had to purchase one myself. The cube seemed to glitch and randomly start and stop charging and the cable the Mac came with is only capable of delivering 55W even though the cube is 85W

Muy buena compra. La verdad tenia un poco de desconfianza sobre los productos reacondicionados, pero vi que este vendedor tenia muy buenas opiniones. El equipo llego en buenas condiciones, muy limpio y bien empacado en una caja generica, venia con su cargador generico y un cable magsafe que me parece de muy buena calidad. No tiene golpes, rayones ni nada, solo un poco de desgaste en el teclado de que fue usado, pero todo funcionando bien desde el minuto uno, tenia 94% de capacidad maxima de bateria (191 ciclos) lo cual me parece adecuando para un equipo que ya tiene sus años, pero honestamente en mi dia a dia parece como nueva, la bateria dura bastante con tareas exigentes y cosas de trabajo, solo la cargo una vez al dia para toda mi jornada. Lo unico que recomiendo es comprar el caragdor original o alguno mas fiable que el que generico que ya trae, pero de ahi en fuera no tengo quejas.

Keyboard in poor condition. All kinds of disgusting gunk underneath the keys. Enter key is inconsistent. I worked hard to disinfect. Fortunately I’m mostly using it as desktop with Bluetooth keyboard

Looked like a new MacBook. I couldn't see any damage,marks or scratches at all. The only minor issue was packaging or lack there of. I bought another one from a different supplier and it was much better packaged in a complete bubble style envelope and boxed twice. However this unit came undamaged so I would say it was adequate packaging. The mac fired up configured and has a very good battery. Like I said appears brand new!!

Ya he tenido Mac, pero siempre modelos de entrada por que su precio es elevado, en esta ocasión compré este equipo casi a la mitad del precio actual. Trabaja muy bien, sin bronca mueve 3 monitores y todo el software de oficina, algunos programas adicionales y máquinas virtuales Windows y Linux. Llegó sin ningún detalle estético, prácticamente nueva, lo único que no me gusta es que ya no son actualizables, mi Mac anterior me duró casi 10 años por que pude meterle más RAM y cambiarle el HDD por una SSD, en este caso todo está integrado pero con 16GB de RAM con su arquitectura optimizada me va a durar no menos de unos 6 años.
