We bought this to store a fleet of vehicle keys, retail location keys and some smaller items. It was just deep enough for our hundreds of keys. It is very solid in feel and weight. I would highly recommend this key vault. It's also nice that it is both digital entry, with back up keyed entry. In our application, we cut into the drywall in an office and attached it very solidly to the studs behind it. This keeps it more secure and recesses it another 5/8".

This is our 2nd Barska Key Safe, they work great, and are easy to customize the code.

The product was installed indoor and used as the emergency lock box for keys to the house, cars, and buildings. After 3 months, attempted to access the unit and the keypad no longer functions. I has been opened 3 times since it was purchased. Worked correctly after installed. Fresh batteries installed. Would recommend no one buy this product based on the gravity of the use, and if you do, DO NOT displace the keys that comes with the box.

Bought this for our car dealership to keep keys in an orderly and safe place. Just what we were looking for. With the way we make our key tags, it only holds about 70 keys instead of the 144 they suggest. If we used their key tags it would hold 144. Only had to make a few modifications to it to bolt to studs in our walls. It is made very well and is heavy duty. The only reason I'm giving this four stars is that the holes in the back are not wide enough to fit the standard width of wall studs. We had to drill additional holes to properly secure it.

Very tough

This key box is exactly what I need to manage all my keys at work. The key hook plates are adjustable, so you can adjust the space between rows as needed. Very sturdy and easy to use. It took 5 minutes to program all the key codes and get it operational.

Installation was pretty easy and startup were fairly easy.After about 4 months, one of the digits on the keypad started to already fail.

The boot that come with the unit are not the best. Also they are supposed to be installed in a very rough area. Next to the door hinge is almost impossible to get these in without some kind of an angle. Other than that this puppy works like a charm.
