The first one I purchased, the green light didn't work, so I immediately made arrangements for a return. There were some issues with returning products to Amazon with the return method that I choose. So after contacting Amazon directly I spoke to John at customer services, who was very understanding and arranged for a replacement which came the next morning (today). I, of course was very happy with the smooth interface with John from the Amazon helpline, because I had already made my waffle batter, which I kept in the fridge and used today. Needless to say, it was delish, for my first attempt at Vegan Waffles. And I returned the faulty one using an alternative option. All in all, a quality and smooth product. Great waffle result. Awesome experience and the taste was Yum yum too. Easy to use, if you follow the instructions. I like the fact that it rotates, for an even heating, cooking presentation, and the appearance of the waffle looked as good, as it tasted. Not too dark, as it was my first attempt I wanted it to look, just as seen. It's an average size, product. And my waffles didn't stick, so it was real easy to get out with a spatula. It has a temperature gauge, so you can adjust accordingly too. I can definitely recommend for others to consider this Quest product, which comes with a removable drip tray. Mine was still clean, so I guess I made a good job of it, without any spillage.

Great machine whilst it works, I've had a few and they all break with blowing or tripping the electric. I've had the last one now 6 months and there is no option to return it for a refund. Avoid at all costs unless you're happy to use it for a limited time frame.

I can't compare it to more basic versions. I'm a keen cook, so it could just be that my batter is great. But waffles turn out amazing every time! The rotating mechanism makes you feel like a pro too... But be careful not to overfill as batter will raise when baking leading it to leak out, notably always in the same place for us, so unsure if a design fault. It is then like glue to clean off surfaces. It can feel a little flimsy and sometimes difficult to rotate which I still haven't yet figured out why. But overall myself and family are very happy with my gimmick impulse purchase.

I’ve had this since 2023 and I can honestly say best waffle maker ever . So easy to keep clean even though the plates aren’t removable . I like the fact you can turn it over for easy cooking to get even consistency. I defo think it’s worth a 5-6 min wait per waffle. Tbh this has saved me load of money making my own. I cheat and buy the waffle mix from Morrisons has i have found I prefer that than making my own. There so filling .

Great item,easy to use makes amazing pancakes

Bought this as treat to myself for xmas and cannot complain one bit! All works, doesnt feel like a cheap product . The flipper waffle makers are always better then the non-flip for those familiar with the utensils jsut because it allows them to cook better. (and also helps with the non stick element too when your trying to jive the waffle off. Flavour obviously comes down to your own batter mix but mine taste fantastic, so no qualms there. the "iron" plate of the waffle maker doesnt take too long to warm up eitheir. so overall happy with the product cant fault it other then i wish a robot would clean it for me.
