How long can this product be used?

To my knowledge as long as you need to for the relief of hot flashes. Up to four tables a day.

Is this the same product as their Acteane tablets, with a new name?

No, it’s different and it does work. When you feel a hot flash coming on, just pop one in your mouth…

Internet says these have niteoglycerin is that true?

Read the ingredients (and inactive ingredients) and nowhere does it say there’s nitroglycerin.

How long does it take to work?

It only took 3 days to start working for me. I take it twice a day and it has gotten rid of my hot flashes completely! Remember to let it dissolve in your mouth instead of swallowing like a pill.
