Does this light come with the cord to plug into the ac infinity smart controller? If not where can I get one?

They come with the cord. They are a little short but they do.

Can it be used in an aquarium?

There's plenty of humidity in certain indoor grow environments especially hydroponic grow set ups so I'm not sure why someone answered that way but I would not use this specific light for aquarium beings that it's made specifically for indoor growing.

In the controller 69 it got settings from 1 to 10 how do I know the % if the lights got from 20% to 100%?

Set the light at 100% and then use the controller 69 to adjust as each number setting will be 10%. Ex setting 1 would be 10% setting 2/20% setting 3/30% and so on. Hope this helps

How will this pair with a Cloudlab 632 tent

Should do fine you can use it in any grow tent if you set the tent up right
