Received used but ordered new!!!
Received this already used. Totally no power at all and hairs stuck to it. Cords unwrapped no seal on box. And no padding inside. Don’t spend extra for heat because it is only in the middle and can’t feel when rolling up and down. Ok for nape of neck but it should all heat in my opinion. Was promised a refund but never recieved it

Schlechte Qualität
Gerät ist nach 4 Monaten kaputt.....es setzt bei Benutzung ständig aus, Akku ist nach kurzem Gebrauch alle, macht bei Benutzung Geräusche, wie wenn sich im Inneren etwas gelockert hat, zweimal wie einen kleinen elektrischen Schlag bekommen, KEINE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG!!! NACHTRAG: auch wenn das Gerät qualitativ nicht meinen Vorstellungen entsprach....die Reklamation lief blitzschnell und total unkompliziert ab.....hab mein Geld zurückbekommen und konnte den Artikel kostenlos retournieren.

Buenas opciones de vibración pero el calor sólo se concentra en el centro del aparato, no llega a los extremos que tanto se usan para dar el masaje
