I regularly consume beetroot juice and kanji. But extracting it takes quite some time, so I ordered this beetroot powder. The powder is very fine, but its mixability is not great. It takes a while to dissolve in water. The taste is fine, but I noticed several sand particles. Now, I just let it sit after mixing in water so the sand particles settle at the bottom. This is inconvenient, it is not a quality product. The effectiveness is almost the same as beetroot juice - good for athletic performance and the gym.
