Very efficient, easy to swallow. Perfect size to fit wherever. Normal taste like any other pills.

Very small and easy to swallow
I normally buy the gel form if this vitamin, but I made a mistake on my order, these are very small white tablets that are easy to swallow, probably easier that the same strength gels, and being so small they take up far less space in my medicine cabinet than the gels. Given they are small and easy to swallow and relatively cheap it was a lucky mistake for hat I will repeat in future.
