I preordered this puzzle that was released in the USA on March 1st and received it in a timely manner. When I opened the undamaged brown Amazon box, I discovered that the puzzle box was punctured and blue puzzle dust had seeped out under the plastic wrap covering the puzzle box. None of the puzzle pieces were damaged and were all still in the perforated plastic bag.I’m a huge fan of Ravensburger puzzles. The puzzle pieces are truly unique and most pieces contain subtle color clues of were they should be attached. They all have a lot of blue puzzle dust and do not come with a poster; you must use the box image as your only resource for putting them together. The pieces are nice and thick and it’s very obvious if the puzzle piece are meant to fit together.This puzzle was no different.The image of the “Forgotten Arcade” puzzle is literally and figuratively dark. The dark colors make it much more challenging. It maybe the lamp I’m currently using but I’m slightly disappointed with the image of the “Hydro Speed” arcade machine, which is the center piece of the puzzle. The seat and console of the race car arcade are so dark and it easily blends in with the surroundings under conventional lighting.If you absolutely love the image and are a somewhat experienced with 1000 piece puzzles, then definitely go for it!If you want something less challenging with a more brilliant brighter image, I would highly recommend starting with Ravensburger’s “Classic Games” or “Kitchen Cupboard,” which can be completed in about half the time. In my opinion, if you’re planning on framing them, both of these puzzles have a better display image.

I am from the day of arcades, so I really liked this puzzle. It wasn't easy, but also not so hard you get frustrated. Pieces fit nicely.

Ravensberger are by far the best quality puzzles. I finished this within a week. Looking forward to my next "Abandoned" series puzzle.

never any issues with a Ravensburger. they fit well and have a HUGE variety of shapes. love them!

Great puzzle to put together, great family time, beautiful colors value for money.

Put this out and everyone wanted to join in. It's a good distraction when stick inside in the winter. Puzzle is well made.

Colorful, light and dark works well but also makes it somewhat difficult which is what I enjoy about their puzzles.
