Next best kneepad to have found
With my job, I am constantly working on my hands and knees inside of a store and these kneepads really do help with having cushioning for my knees. For longest time, I was able to buy a particular brand at a major retailer but a year or two ago, that retailer, either pulled the kneepads from there planogram set or the company that makes the kneepads ceases to make the kneepads anymore. I have bought other knockoff kneepads but to no avail none of them can support my knees and bodyweight (6'0", 180 lbs) after a week or two of use on them and the cushioning becomes broken down. When I slip them up to my knees, they reminded me of the original kneepads that I use to buy. Just make sure you buy 2 because they are sold as just 1 kneepad

used for BJJ and Judo
This is my first pair of knee pads and I'm pretty impressed (these are not sold as a set and must be purchased individually). I practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and occasionally Judo around 3 times per week and have been wearing these knee pads for the past two weeks. As advertised, they definitely negate any impact. I put them on and dropped to my knees on my hardwood floor a few times just to test them out and felt absolutely nothing. These are low enough profile not to interfere with my gi pants while rolling and they pretty much stay in the same spot on my knee without requiring too much adjustment between sets. I've heard of some of the bigger knee pads interfering with your ability to escape half-guards or rendering you unable to pull off triangles like you used to, but I've experienced no such issues with this equipment.I gave 4 stars because one of the pad's stitching came undone after the 2nd use, leaving an inch gap on the side of the knee pad and exposing the foam inside. I was a little disappointed and ultimately decided to just take it to a seamstress to have her re-sew it for $3.00 instead of attempting to go through a returns process. After getting that issue ironed out, both knee pads stitching seems to be holding up just fine and they're working out great.I wish I had bought these a long time ago - they would have definitely saved me some pain and aggravation.

Dishonest Listing !!!!!!
If you only have one leg and one knee this is the product for you. For everyone else who has two don’t support this company for their fraudulent listing. Yes, they it’s technically accurate but most would assume this would be knee pads and not just a single knee pad.

too big for small adult
since it's one size fit all for adult I purchased it for BJJ use. The padding seems very good however way too small for people wear size small. There's no information for applicable size and didn't know it's non-refundable or no exchange neither when placing the order. Should have order the young size instead.
