Being a professional, i constantly require my documents to be printed, and this printer was a Life Saver. It's a little heavy in weight, but worth it, as now I can print my documents anytime, anywhere. The only thing is the printing is done on thermal paper only, not on regular paper, but it's still better than no print at all. It's great in its functionality and performance, with its sleek designing in length. There are no bubbles formed during printing, as is generally observed within prints and being a thermal printer, it doesnot even feel any stickiness or anything other issue. It's a perfect product for professionals like us, who struggle with instant printing issues.

Very small, light weight. Very smooth, clean operation. So far uniform heating, clean finish. No stuck case until now. Quick eject button is very useful. Only issue encountered until now is, sometime, if the paper is not inserted correctly, it tries to sway one side. Since the entry gap is just enough for A4 size, it creates problem. Quick ejection is helpful in such situation. Overall, satisfied performance. So far, clean, uniform lamination. Value for money.

wrinkled lamination on first attempt on a 100 micron sheet - says use up to 125 microns

This item was obviously NOT new and had been used before. My first lamination jammed, despite it being in a pouch and I had to take the laminator apart to find a wrinkled up sheet still in the machine that had been inside the laminator when it was sent out to me. Suffice to say it now works ok.
