Not usually a big fan of supplements I can obtain from foods or pre-workout supplements. These capsules however seem to have the bonus of acting as just that while making something I can't stand the taste of possible to consume! I do martial arts and jump rope regularly but have had some fatigue from an op. Consequently my fitness had taken a beating and I was easily winded and quick to tire. Since taking just two capsules of these a few hours before a workout I've felt energised and my cardio game has come back. I definitely feel my cardio increased suddenly; swifter than it would have from just training alone. Additionally, I feel it's helped my circulation around certain private areas which is an added benefit I hadn't even considered but, checking out the science behind nitric oxide, would check out. They also come in a sexy black container if that's important to you. Personally it's not, but again an added bonus since it makes the kitchen top look slicker. Really good. Wouldn't hesitate to keep using this and other supplements from this brand.

If there is one supplement you should take in life it’s these, lowered my blood pressure , feel more energetic when running , and digestive health is a lot better. Really highly concentrated, so just wonder if they are ok to take on a daily basis for a long time.

These capsules are exactly what they claim to be and they are well packaged and promptly dispatched and delivered. I buy them regularly and I am very satisfied with them.

Get a good value with the amount of capsules but they are a fare size causing them to be a pain to swallow.
