JET Infeed/Outfeed Tables, for JWDS-1632/1836 Drum Sanders (723521)

Easy install. Works great

It comes with no instructions for installation, but it's easy to figure out. There are four long bolts, eight short bolts, and 12 washers. Put a washer onto each bolt. Install the four support arms onto the sander's frame using a long bolt for each arm. The arms are installed with the two slots facing up and the 'open' side of the arm facing inward. Finger tighten the bolts. Lay the table on the arms with the angled edge facing the belt roller and the table's threaded flanges on the outside of each arm. Install four short bolts, two in each arm, finger tight from inside to outtside. To set the correct table height, lay a panel 16" x 42" (or therebouts) of 1/2" or 3/4" ply on the drive belt, sticking out the infeed and outfeed sides evenly. Apply a large clamp to each end of the panel, capturing the the table on each end and lifting it up to be in complete contact with the bottom of the panel. Use a 6mm hex wrench to securely tighten the four long bolts, followed by securely tightening the eight short bolts. Important: as you tighten the short bolts, have the wrench as vertical as possible to prevent pushing up or down on the bolt; this keeps the table from shifting up or down. Keep the tables clean and occasionally apply paste wax to them to allow wood to slide smoothly.

These infeed and outfeed tables work very well for the Jet sander. I would not be able to use the sander as easily or comfortably without them. they fit perfectly. I highly recommend spending the extra for these tables.

In feed folds up nicely. Out feed can't be folded up because of the vacuum attachment.

These extensions are a must have item. Fit and function are spot on.

Perfect fit! Easy to install!

These are robust and functional, but they are expensive for what they are and they are *extremely* fiddly to fit perfectly level with the feet belt for my sander. The only adjustment is some loose fitting nuts and bolts which always slide slightly as you tighten them up. One in place, they are OK, but infuriating to set perfectly level. They also don’t fold down, so it you need a mobile sander look elsewhere for a feed table that might be foldable to save space. My Dewalt planer has folding tables, so there’s no real reason why something similar can’t be made available for the Jet sander.

A little pricey probably but they are really a must have if you buy the sander. A little tedious to get perfect alignment but the mounting is sturdy and they stay in place once you set them.
