I was very excited to receive my incubator today but when I opened the package it was broken.The only option that I have is to return (called support and there's no option to replace).Beyond frustrating because the 120 egg count model has sold out several times already.If I end up trying to purchase this model again, I'll update my review.***UPDATE***I went back and forth about repurchasing this incubator because you can't just do a replacement order.I decided to order it again (even though I still have not been refunded for my first order) because it has all the features I am looking for.Once I receive the new one, I will update my review. <fingers crossed>***UPDATE***Receive my refund 3/16 for the original incubator. Glad it didn't take 30 days.Still waiting for the second one I ordered to ship out.***UPDATE***I received my second incubator and there was another broken spot on the base of the clear shelf. There were also several chipped spots on the rollers.Because of the return policy and previous reviews that have reached out to the seller, I decided to keep what I had.I personally believe the issues are due to packaging and delivering. That's allot of parts in a small container.I have included a picture of the broken spot on the second incubator (clear shelf and a few rollers).I have eggs in the incubator now (Day 15) and I have not had any issues with the humidity or temperature.Because of this I'm bumping up my one star to three stars.Hopefully I will get a response from the seller in regards to the broken part.So far its not effecting anything but I would like all "unbroken" parts.I will update when I get a response or when the chicks hatch.One more thing...Make sure you don't open this on carpet!The rollers are like a vacuum and they'll pick up EVERY speck of sand and dog hair that's in the carpet that you thought you vaccuumed up!!!*** Final Update April 11, 2023 ***I decided to contact the store owner about my minor issue with the second incubator I purchased.They replied back less than 24 hours later and informed me that they've changed their packaging and would be resolving my issue.They also gave me the option to replace or refund.Being a business owner myself I decided to let them fix the issue (mistakes can happen and this model is new).They exceeded my expectations with their packaging!!!As you can see by the pictures they added extra styfroam so it would not break during shipment/delivery and they also put the second tray and rollers in a seperate box.I've also included a picture of my baby chicks <insert smile>!!!I really hope you read this while post and decided to bite the bullet and order with them.A business that takes the time to read reviews, listen to customers, and fix the issues with a flawless incubator is a win I'm my book anyway!!!

Purchased this incubator for full price now see another one almost exactly like this 1 for $30 less. Still debating whether to keep it or return it for 1 exactly like it but a darker color. 🤔 First thing I noticed is that this top row is in pieces that you need to screw in to make the top box. The rotating device is faulty as it was bowed up so the rollers don't all turn as needed and the rollers themselves are very smooth so it doesn't grip the eggs when rolling causing some eggs not to roll and even rolling the eggs onto the track causing damage to the eggs. Also the manual is printed so small that I can't read it. A video explaining how to program this device would be very helpful. Also the wires once connected hang onto the rollers and would lay on the eggs. The plus to this incubator is that it comes with a wire to connect it to a secondary power source that is a 12 watt battery incase of a power outage.Update: only a few hours later from writing this review I went to check on the remaining hatchlings only to find 3 of them have fallen into the large hole in the screen and drown/died because they couldn't get out. This is now 15 quail chicks I have lost do to the horrible design of this incubator. It may be good for larger hatchlings but it's a big NO NO for quail. I will be returning this unit and taking a large loss on what had a promising hatch rate only to loose so many from a horrible design.

To be honest I was disappointed when I received the incubator in broken condition , Then after the not so bad some assembly required I stuffed it with more than100 eggs to only find out 4 or 5 days later that the rollers were not turning , I checked & re-checked the connections and they were correct so I contacted the seller direct and sent pictures to them . Long story short after several messages back & forth It was decided by them to replace the incubator and not just the defective & broken parts , I turned all the eggs by hand the remainder 11 or 12 days 3 times daily , only 29 chicks hatched so not a very good % but the conditions were not ideal .. Now today I have received the replacement incubator and have only tested it and it seams to be working correctly , Of course I will have to collect more eggs to allow it to run its full course .. Now , The SELLER & SUPPORT are TOP NOTCH 5 star No matter what it is you can always get a bad one but if the support is there that means everything and this seller BACKS UP what they sell ! THANKS .

I bought this incubator last year, when I was looking to add some more babies to my flock and begin my journey of hatching and selling chicks locally.Given that I was pretty new to the game I didn’t want to spend way too much on an incubator and found this one. I looked through reviews that were some bad, some good, and decided to take the risk.I have successfully hatched multiple batches, with groups as small as 8 eggs, to large batches of many eggs. I’m preparing to hatch 60 eggs in the next 3 weeks!The instructions are a little difficult to understand, but personally I just did my google research and prepared for what I had to do to get the best hatch rate with my babies. This thing has been a workhorse and has done a great job for me! Keeping humidity up can be a bit challenging at times but at hatching time I put a pretty good amount of water in and I don’t have to think about it for the rest of the time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a more budget friendly large incubator!
