I have never used mouthwash to any great degree. The ones I've used in the past were very strong and some even affected my sensitive teeth. Even the basic Act mouthwash was too strong for me. When I developed Sjogren's Disease, though, I thought that it might benefit me. This mouthwash really doesn't burn my mouth. It seems I now wake up in the middle of the night with a dry mouth on those nights that I forget to use it. If you have a similar problem, I would highly recommend it although if you wake up due to post-nasal drip, I don't think it would help you. I also like that it has fluoride in it and our town gets its water from a well, so it doesn't contain fluoride.

This is my new favorite mouthwash!! I’ve been trying new ones because I’m very sensitive to strong overpowering mint flavors, even the ones without alcohol still burn very bad. So I was looking for a mild mint flavor mouthwash that ALSO has fluoride in it & this act mouthwash is what I came across! Now I didn’t necessarily need mouthwash for dry mouth but this mouthwash has other benefits, perfect flavor without any burning so I can swish for the optimal amount of time without feeling like I need to spit it out sooner. And you can’t beat the price!!! I’m obsessed! I don’t dread using mouthwash anymore because of this product

Works well and doesn’t dry out my mouth. Good taste and pleasant scent.

Tastes good and moisturizes mouth tissue for a couple of hours. Considerably less expensive than Biotene and seems to be at least equal in quality and effectiveness. My only complaint is in the packaging. The large (33.2 oz.) bottle is heavy, smooth and slick, making it hard to hold onto and pour into the cap cup, which is childproof and almost adultproof. Bottle needs to have an hourglass shape or a grippier surface. At least it is plastic, so doesn't break if you drop it.

I highly recommend this product and absolutely love it! It is very effective at moisturizing my mouth and freshening my breath. It tastes good and makes my mouth feel fresh and clean.

I find Amazon often has this a few dollars cheaper than in store, so I order it instead of buying it. It's exactly what you'd expect, act dry mouth mouthwash. It has xylitol which is good for your teeth and can increase saliva production, plus fluoride helps prevent cavities. It tastes pretty good for a mouthwash.

Seems to help after being used for a while. Don't expect a big difference right away, even my dentist told me it takes time to feel the improvement, especially for the fluoride part and how it helps with sensitive teeth.
