Does the black finish wear off after a while or with heavy use?

Have not had a problem with finish wear. Have had the knob for a number of years on a bedroom closet door and it still looks great.

What size screws are used for installation?

I don’t know. They were included in the box with the knob and plate. Someone else installed the knobs.

Is the aged bronze model, same color for both knobs (inside and outside)? Also the button is from one knob?

I think the aged bronze knobs typically are but I think you may be able to order it with a split finish. And yes the push button is on only knob. The privacy function can be put on from the inside of the bedroom or bathroom. It can be unlocked from the outside if necessary with a pin that comes with the handle set.
