Love these. I keep them in my purse!

They work great to warm up my hands but it’s a very short time. Then taking the time to boil them to reuse them is also time consuming.

These do get hot, though the heat does not last a long time. I have not used them as cold packs yet, but they seem suitable

These these things are great have been buying them for years I just seem to misplace them you can reuse them over and over again. I use it with some CBD and it really gives pain relief.

Once activated they didn't provide much heat. They couldn't be reused after boiling. Other hand warmers of that type got much hotter. I wouldn't recommend purchasing these.

These are great easy to use great for gifts. I would order again perfect for your hand or any small spot hurting works great for heat or cold. Great for a tooth ache just. The right size.
