It did work base on my experience

Easy swallow

We usually use Doctore Safe and it is even less MG than this one. I haven’t found one yet that compares to Doctor Safe but they are out quite often. This one is fine but I do notice it doesn’t work as well.

Serves it's purpose

A LITTLE HARD TO SWALLOW. GOOD FOR OVERALL HEALTH

It works well, can be big to swallow sometimes.

Smell and taste like dirt. Smells like someone dropped them in dirt before putting them in the bottle. My other supplements dont smell this way. Neither did the other brand i used before these
