I use this daily. Mine is quiet and cools all areas of my laptop. I have recommended this one to my mother that uses her laptop daily for work. I had another one previously not this brand or same one but it did not do the job.

This is the first time I've ever bought or used a cooling pad, so keep that in mind.Fans are very quiet, even when maxed. Whole pad is quite light. The blue lighting in the pad is neat but a little silly, since your laptop will mostly be blocking it!I'm a strange person who mostly uses my laptop while lying in bed; I keep a couple sheets over my body to protect me and then place the laptop right atop my abdomen like a big idiot. My laptop is a high-performance gaming laptop, so naturally it got hot, heating up the sheets and blasting hot air out the sides, and generally making me miserable. (One time I was dumb enough to go without bed sheets for "just a little while" and got a huge blister on my belly as a reward.)Somebody suggested a cooling pad to me. I was skeptical that this would work, especially since the pad would be lying atop my bed sheets instead of propped up on a flat surface like it's really supposed to be. But with the fans set to maximum, the laptop now merely gets warm even under demanding situations, and the pad itself (the thing closest to my body) stays nice and cool.Just a heads up: If you're like me and are dumb enough to lay a gaming laptop atop yourself, be careful to grip the cooling pad from both sides when it comes time to lift pad and laptop up and away from your body. If you grip it from the middle, you're liable to push the plastic underside of the pad upwards and smoosh it into the fans, which creates an unpleasant noise and probably isn't good for the fans. (I know you can just disconnect the laptop from the cooling pad and move them individually to avoid this issue, but you and I both know that we're all in a hurry.)

Got the white one. Surprisingly good and trustworthy construction and came exactly as pictured and described. I have a solid base macbook pro with the two measly vents on the back, and those spread-apart rear fans on this cooling pad align perfectly with my macbook's vents. Macbook is not heating up nearly as fast now for what I'm doing (bedroom musician). I will say, if you're using a very powerful gaming laptop for its fullest intended purpose, the power of the fans might not meet your expectations, and I'd advise saving just a little extra cash for something more high-performance. However, if you're not constantly pushing your laptop to its absolute limits, this will definitely do the job. Also very quiet.

My wonderful quiet cooler abruptly stopped working. I tried the usual: different outlet; new cord...my cooler did not work. I was surprised to see that there is a 5 YEAR warranty for this item, so sent in my request. I rec'd a reply very quickly, and was shocked that MARJA B stated that a new replacement would be sent immediately as I had ascertained there was a definite problem w/ my cooler. Usually there is a prolonged back & forth with Customer service asking you to repeat what you had already told them. The cooler arrived very quickly & it works perfectly. Throughout this interaction, MARJA B was FANTASTIC: Super friendly; efficient; professional; and nice! She listened to my problem & addressed my issue immediaitely: no back & forth communications before the eventual resolution. MARJA B continued to make my KLIM experience a pleasurable one---Thank You very much!!!

Cooling pad with an extra USB port is a nice touch. Keep in mind it's pulling juice from your one USB port that it's connected too so in your performance monitor you can see a slight difference in power consumption depending on your device and configuration, and keep in mind if running off battery. Very quiet in a home or office environment you will not notice it. Maybe for the sensitive people they will notice but it's background white noise. USB cable is not permanently attached so you can replace it if need b or use a longer one if you have one. Quality is on par with others in this price range which is good. It came with stickers, cool stickers! LOL That always gets me, and what appears to be a funny insert of their team. Overall I'd recommend it if your in the market.

This works great. It keeps my laptop cool. The fans are not noisy when turned on .

I bought one of these in June of last year (9 months ago) to replace a less flashy one from another brand I’d had for a few years that was starting to not work so well. It’s been pretty good, quiet, keeps my laptop noticeably cooler while I’m playing on it. But I noticed a few weeks ago that the front right fan wasn’t turning anymore. There didn’t seem to be anything (that I could see) that was wrapped around or blocking it. I could reach in with something skinny like a paper clip, and push the fan blade and it would start turning, but if I turned the cooling pad off, when I next turned it on, that fan would again just sit there until I nudged it with something. My laptop’s fan vents and it’s hotspots are all on the left, so it wasn’t a huge deal in my case but I wasn’t impressed with the pad as a whole. Then I dropped something on it (fortunately while my laptop was not on it) and broke the feet, not just off, but into pieces. The fans that worked still worked but I couldn’t put the pad at angle anymore and I really wasn’t okay with that, so I’ve replaced it. (I don’t blame it for the legs breaking, I do wish they were sturdier just for stability’s sake, but in this case it was definitely my bad that they broke.) I ended up buying another one of these exact same units because they’re still the best review/price combo. It’s one of those situations where I wouldn’t mind paying more if there was actually a sign that the more expensive ones would work better/last longer but there seem to be the same ratio of reviews complaining about receiving a dud or the fans dying within a few months at the higher price points, so I guess I’m trying this again. If it also fails in what I think is an unreasonable amount of time (less than a year!) I’ll update this review and definitely won’t try this brand again.

Fan does as promised. Like the storage area for the cord. Product team has a great insert. Lightweight and the prongs help.

Quiet fans, laptop doesnt overheat anymore. Lights are cool. Great purchase for the price. Been used for a few hours every day for a few months and no issues so far.

Como ven la laptop mantiene buena temperatura sin ventiladores internos únicamente usando los de la base (es una laptop gamer por lo que se pueden activar y desactivar por configuración)El material es bueno, no el mejor pero definitivamente no el peor. El cable usb es trenzado para mayor duración.No vi que las velocidades cambien solamente las perillas funcionan para encender los ventiladores (con luz siempre) o apagarlos (sin luz).No es ruidoso y una laptop de 15.4 cabe perfecto.El costo es más que justificable y llegó muy protegida en su caja como se puede ver.Sí vale la pena dentro de todas las opciones que hay en la tienda
