Edited: 6/16/2023 I’ve updated from 2 to 4 stars for customer service. They reached out quickly to make the situation better. I still haven’t had time to try a different cable because I need to get a new one. Good customer service is rare and I appreciate their efforts. I should I have just ordered the charger I had last time, but it would be nice to not have the charger jutting out of the port. Well it’s nice and flush. It isn’t great at charging with the cable it came with. I will try some of the other cables, but I’m pretty sure I’ll end up chucking this thing and buying something else. It sort of charges, but if you are using it in any fashion, map, audiobook, phone calls it will drain faster than it will charge. It you keep it totally silent for 20 minutes you might get 2-5% of additional charge but don’t count on it. What’s the point of a charger if it won’t charge?

Very functional. Works great. Fits perfectly into the lighter slot in the vehicle. Charges my iPhone great.

Excellent product and quality

Use: Over 60 hours and counting Car/ Phone: 2015 Prius C/ IPhone 14 Pro Pros: Really does charge fast! I’d compare it to the lightning cable you can get for the IPhones. (I am only using the USB-C port) Cool colors. The materials really feel like good quality, both the metal charging port and the charging cable. Cons: Only thing ‘negative’ I can say about this is that I need to switch to battery save mode on my phone in order for it to charge. If not, it’s painfully slow. However, this might just be with my phone. My partner said she has no issue charging it, despite the battery mode. Overall I would recommend this to friends, family, and friendly strangers alike. Price isn’t terrible and it seems like you’ll get your moneys worth from the quality and just how fast it charges
