Tignanello Smooth Operator Satchel

I was looking for a dark brown leather handbag - no easy feat mind you - and this one caught my eye. It is GORGEOUS in person! The color is rich, the leather is butter soft, and very roomy. It's not an overpowering bag, just the right size for everyday use. I am thrilled! Definitely a must have that will last a long time. A good investment!

This is a beautiful bag. It appears to be well-constructed, the leather feels fabulous, and the color is rich. The pockets are well-positioned, and it's a nice size. It was just what I was looking for, with one exception. I need a bag I can throw over my shoulder, and these straps aren't quite long enough (I detest a long strap, which was included and would solve the over-the-shoulder issue for many people). The seller accommodated my return splendidly. I'm heartbroken that this bag didn't work for me, but I'll be back!

Love the size and style. It's classy and not too big. The leather is nice and the handles are firm and well made; I removed the shoulder strap and prefer to use it as a hand bag. My one recommendation is that it would have 4 instead of 3 compartments inside as I like to put keys in one, shades in another, gum/lipstick in another, and I could use one more so that the other items are all floating at the bottom of the bag.

I never write reviews!! But I love this purse!! Black and brown!! Matches everything. Two pockets on the outside. Small handles that fold down, and a crossbody!!! The size was perfect. A little bit bigger then an IPad!! My favorite is that it’s sits on the counter so you can look inside,, This brand usually has heavy hardware. Not this one. Leather was nice. All in all. It’s my favorite purse!!

I had this bag in oxblood but wore it out after a few years of use. Went looking for a replacement and found this one in shades of browns. Leather isn't as buttery soft as the oxblood version was, but I think it will be more durable. Great size, strap length is perfect (and adjustable if you need it to be) for cross-body wear OR carry with the handles as a satchel. Holds all my regular purse stuff (wallet, keys, phone, and a dozen lipsticks haha) and can also take on a bottle of water, sunglasses in a case, kindle, etc. when I'm traveling. Great pockets, both interior and exterior, including a zippered compartment on the inside. So glad I got this!

Maybe Amazon needs to start doing some quality control! Ad says All leather, synthetic lining. The lining on any handbag is typically synthetic. No one mentioned it in the reviews but the only part that's leather is the center. The bottom, handles and strap are all synthetic! It's not worth $84. It came with a tag saying it was $125. I could have done better at TJ Maxx and got something comproble for around $40.I decided to keep it. But will not buy certain items from Amazon from now on that may not be as described. It is sturdy and a good sized bag. I've owned a few Tiganello bags and they do hold up well. I like that it has large pockets on the outside which are great for keys and phone. I'm searching for a purse organizer/liner. The leather part is very soft and I can see it won't hold it's shape well otherwise.I'm hoping the seller will correct the discription.

I liked the size of the bag and the color is a beautiful brown. it seems like good quality leather.The one thing I did not like was the shoulder strap was really long. I could take it off but i do like to shoulder my bags from time to time.

Not one of there best designs. Love the designs that place wallet as part of the purse with several zippered pockets for those quick hidden grab.. phone, keys, or larger protection items. With those features a small purse carries more and is very well organized.
