Jammed
I just ordered this product. The first time I used it, it run smoothly. But on the second try, the laminating pouch was totally jammed inside and cannot take it out. Disappointed.

It is quite nice to have this small one, it does laminate fast and is very efficient, I liked the product, easy to handle and easy to operate and best for small usage.

Easy to set upa and use for laminating. Why though is a 2 round pin plug attached - correct voltage 220 - 240V - but as it is destined for UK market -the box has everything written in English - I would have expected a UK 3 square pin plug. I have used a shaver adaptor to connect to the round 2 pins - seems to work. There is no information about the mains plug connection in the handbook. Would have been 5 star if correct plug was attached.
