Brilliant

Bought this to power a diesel heater from my jackery portable power unit as it only had a10amp dc outlet. It was delivered on time and looks good. Tried it out at home before our camping trip and it works fine. It came in a plain brown box with no information booklet so the only info I have is what is on the sticker of the transformer it self. Time will tell if it lasts and will cope with up to 20amp but at £40 I hope it lasts me for quite a while

This was one of the few 240v to 12v adapters that I could find that had sufficient amperage to power a portable electric winch. The cigar socket and cable were very substantial and the winch was easily able to draw sufficient power to work for a prolonged time without any sign of either the transformer or cable overheating.

Works, but fan noisy for first couple of minutes, then settles down

Good job Worried with a fan it would be running all the time but it only cuts on and out.

I bought this item to power a 120Vac / 60Hz 400 watts power inverter for my hair clippers made for the American wall socket. Works very well and i get to use my hair clippers in a country with 240Vac / 50Hz mains power supply. Zero noise during operation the only indication to show that its actually ON is the green LED light at the top.
