Manufacturer is KING 👑
Knew I wouldn’t be disappointed ordering from the manufacturer. Haven’t tried third party batteries, but these work without any issues. Love it!

Work as advertised
Shipping duration was fairly quick. As soon as I received these batteries, I put them in the charger (that came with the EarTec UltraLITE headsets purchased a few years ago. They charged up - and worked well in a brief test with e headsets. With the two batteries that came with the two headsets originally purchased, now I have four batteries...

Perfect for COVID window visit
We got the eartec headset to talk to our parents COVID isolated in long term care. They are amazing for at use, volume and clearity far better than open window, cell phone, or even a patio visit. Left master headset with them, kids have remote and we drop off extra battery to swap out in parent's headset. Sanitizer and Safe.

Batteries don't last. Hit or miss.
I've had some that last 6 months. Others that last 2 weeks. It's not the sellers fault. These are OEM. They should do better. This is not a cheap set.
