Nitty-gritty at its finest ! I've been searching for great tasting and healthy crystallized ginger, without added sulfur dioxide and preservatives. I wholeheartedly believe I've finally found it, ''In Spades.'' The degree of quality is unmatched to any other ginger I've ever consumed. The sugar content is a bit higher than desired but a quick rinse-off did the trick. I commend the ''NOW'' company for keeping their product in its most basic healthy form. I can assure you, I will be a very loyal repeat customer.going forward.

Great snack. Better than candy. Hard to stop eating them once you start. Also a way better value than those little spice jars you get at the grocery store.

Excellent Quality and Affordable Organic Crystallized Diced Ginger !! I read the reviews and the package information. I have asthma and this is a good product I can enjoy without preservatives or sulfur both bad for asthmatics.This is great for my hot teas , I eat a few pieces right out of the bag too. Helps nausea. Has a ziplock bag to keep it fresh . I don't mind the crystallized sugar coating each piece. Ginger can be spicy meaning hot tasting and the sugar tames it a little making it enjoyable. Those that don't want sugar can definitely rinse in warm water to remove the sugar. Good to cook in stir fry's, baking or brewed teas hot or cold . I highly recommend!! Super thrilled to have this option.

Bits are too small way too much sugar. And bits are mushy. Ginger flavor is good. I don’t care for tiny bits covered in sugar with the soft mushy texture.

These ginger pieces are a good size and very tasty - for me slightly too much sugar but overall, a good product (passed my mother-in-law approval and she is a big ginger fan)

Had I known would not have purchased. clearly shows Produt of China on the bag received but not in the ad.
