Unlike my winch hook, the nice rubber cover that rest against the bumper plate, doesn't cause scuff marks in my plate. I have now used It about 6 times. Easy to connect to and is every bit as strong as it says.

Seems very sturdy. Better hold up since it's a Factor 55 and the amount I paid for it.

I purchased this to pair up with my Smittybilt 12,000lb XTR Winch. I am running 80' of Synthetic rope and use both hard and soft shackles depending upon the need. I have used this 3 times so far in extracting others and thus far it has performed as it should. The finish work on this makes it so gorgeous it could be shown in a art show.

easy to install, which means if a not so wonderful person wants it, it will be easy to take :( plus, because i have a 1500 lb winch with the larger cable i had to get the largest one which sticks out a lot, but i'm hoping it will be better and safer than a hook. we'll see about durability...things tend to break when i use them ;) so time will tell

Awesome product. I love it. Hides all the synthetic rope from be exposed to the elements when not in use when you have a winch cover. Also looks very nice when tight up against the fairlead. Also have the Factor55 HitchLink2.0. Works awesome in conjunction when winching on a vehicle. Solid, closed winch system.

good size for larger applications.
