The knifes are great. Very sharp and good looking.

I question if they are truly Damascus steel, or a marketing ploy. Yes, they came very sharp, and they work as well as any quality knife at this price point. That said for the price paid I'm satisfied with the set..

These knives are both physically appealing and accurate. The he cut is clean and the knives are sturdy and solid. Love the holder. Worth every penny

Wooden block holding the knives had a crack on the top. It had 2 dots next to the crack, so I believe the seller was aware of the defect. The packing box looked as if was resealed, so I also believe it had possibly been returned previously. Knives themselves were absolutely stunning, really wanted to keep them, lol. I asked for a replacement.
