I wear my pony high and this accommodates it perfectly. I also have a larger head for a lady, and this fits great. Feels like it’s good quality.

I wear a high ponytail when I work out, but normal caps just don't accommodate it, This hat is absolutely perfect. Lots of room for my ponytail, very comfortable, and stays on and adjusted perfectly. I was pretty optimistic, but this exceeded my expectations. I'll be buying another one in a different colour.
