Beats harder than your ex at 2am when he finds you at Trisha's
This thing is a great powerful little loaded enclosure. It is indeed 108lbs and that is quite heavy. It is Internally braced very well. It is incredibly powerful. It knocks harder than you will likely want or need. As a veteran car stereo haver dude lady, I can say this is by far better than any custom box I've ever had built. It's very nice feeling and lord is it heavy. It will handle 1500 watts RMS which is more than you need. I've got it paired with the audio control 1.1500.. it pairs nicely. I've never had this much domestic violence at my fingertips. It's crazy. Also for some of you who have never had an L7. L7S are regularly mistaken for 2 12 inch subs. They are just better. They are also better at generating SPL per watt than your larger magnet subs (Those eat power just to overcome the stiffness of the basket/magnet) This thing fills the air inside a suburban and then some. You'll have way more than you can handle in a small hatchback. (Which is good) Basically say no more fam.

Craziest setup I've ever owned.
I wanted to break these in first before writing a review and I'm glad I did. I was pushing 750w during breaking on my previous amp and it sounded about as loud as my Alpine Type X, but the moment I threw 52v at 2ohm to it, I had to turn it down. Honestly it was cheaper to get these subs with the box than it was to buy the subs separately, so it's definitely the best value, but I believe I'm going to get a custom sealed box, because it does not handle rock music with bass guitar very well unlike when I had a sealed setup. Overall I am very impressed and everything was easy to setup and was very sturdy. It does take a crazy amount of power, probably the most my car can handle.

Bangers!
I previously gave this a low rating, but because Amazon lost my order and I received my subs 2 weeks later. I’m breaking them in right now, but so far they sound amazing. Great deep bass… hits the chest pretty good!

Dont buy from amazon
the subwoofers them self are fine, the enclosure its self cant handle all the power it has fallen apart after 3 months, that being said im keeping the subwoofers but have to pay 300-400 for a custom enclosure. honestly happy with the subwoofers themselfes to an extent, all my future sub builds will be custom enclosures to save time money and better performance.

Get Em!
Not sure what some of these reviews are on but these subs beat. And if you know how to use a DSP these subs with the prefab kicker enclosure is a monster. I have 3k on them and have been beating on them for 2 years now. Get em! Box is every bit of 100 lbs tho.

1 year later
1 year later and these bad boys are still kickinnnnnn. I installed them in my nissan sentra 09. RIP trunk space. Worth it though. These kickers ain't no joke. Bass is ridiculous and quick to set off car alarms. If you're looking for sounds these are it. Don't hesitate just buy them.
