NLT Premium Value Large Print Bible

High quality and very easy to read. Print size.

Gave as a gift to my son. Cover looks really nice. Text is not large, but is bigger than many Bibles, so easier to read. Good translation.

This is an amazing help for bible study. The bible is large print which makes it so easy to follow along with. It has a feature where you can download the filament ap and even have a section of scripture read to you, or sometimes a commentary on what is happening in the passage you chose. It tracks by page number. It has helps galore. We sent one to our kids and grandkids at christmas. Currently we are doing a bible study and visiting using zoom with our out of state family while we each have these bibles to explore. It's a great way to have conversation that really matters with kids that we seldom see in person. We use a zoom type of program to bring us all together by computer once a week. It is wildly successful.

This is an excellent, thin bible with very readable text that comes with a QR code that you can scan into your phone after installing the "filament bible app." I was not overly impressed with the quality of the bible. It is a basic, paper-bound presentation bible with the bible text, a table of context and a short index of "Life application terms." The app contains maps, commentary, reading plans, multimedia presentations, short (30-second) movies about bible topics and photos of significant bible locations. So, you're essentially getting a whole study bible library for a very low price. My only complaint was balancing my phone in one hand while holding the bible open in the other. The New Living Translation is wonderful and easy-to-read. The bible itself is thin and light so you could carry it with you almost anywhere you go. The publishers (Tyndale) recommend that you find your own use for the app (using it a little or a lot), I recommend giving it a try.

I really like the Filament app, it’s easy to use and the audiobook helps so much. The negative: In all other bibles I’ve owned, the word of Jesus is written in red. In this one, all of the text is written in black. So I had to use my other Bible app to double check some scriptures because I was confused. It’s unfortunate they didn’t print His words in red. Other than that, the size of the print is nice and easier to read. The pages are really thin and you can see right through the page.

Large print, but somehow still difficult to read for older eyes. Binder if more plastic then faux leather, but excellent price for the money. Not as thick as many bibles as it doesn’t have the talking points; however nice life application life topic index in back

This is an excellent quality made bible. It is very easy for me to read and understand. I've always not wanted to read the bible because of how it reads but this one has actually worked nicely for me. I try to read a little each day just to stay on top of it. I love the soft leather binding/cover (it feels like butter, truly). And the celtic cross has extra meaning for me due to my irish lineage. Honestly when I opened this up I thought it was priced far too low for the quality of the book itself.
