I got this to make fried green tomatoes and it works and tastes great for that. I almost never eat corn since it is almost all GMO now, so I am most pleased that this heirloom organic blue corn comes from a small grower in South Carolina. The flour is a bit finer than typical corn meal, but it still works fine for breading

I liked the cornmeal. I would order it again.

Great texture and great for making arapes

The quality and value are great, but upon opening the box there was loose cornmeal around the inside of the box. The bag still appeared sealed and full, so I'm not sure what happened. Overall I still recommend the product though.

We did not like this at all! I was trying to mimic this great blue corn meal dinner from Omni Homestead that was over the top wonderful. It was a nutty, coarser meal and this was truly mush. We did not eat it and threw the rest out. Sorry!

This stuff makes the tastiest, fluffiest corn muffins ever. I also appreciate the fact that it's grown, processed, packaged, etc., right here in South Carolina. Next time we go up that way, I plan to visit the store. Great product, guys!
