It is very nice product,working effectively,light indicator is also working good.sound is very silent when it turn green,it is not audible in green light mode,little noisy when it is red,but it remains red for few minutes only than it will switch to orange,as it purolifies the air.

I ordered this Honeywell air purifier from Amazon, it arrived on December 11, 2025, and from the very first time I plugged it in, it was completely useless. The display immediately flashes AQ1 at 500 (the maximum reading) and stays locked there no matter what—clean room, open window, fan on high, nothing changes it. It just mindlessly blows room-temperature air around like a cheap desk fan and then randomly shuts itself off after a few minutes. This thing doesn’t purify air; it’s a $200+ plastic brick that pretends to. I immediately contacted Amazon for a replacement—basic expectation when you receive a defective product, right? Wrong. The agent told me there are “no replacements available” (shocker), but I could get a full refund once the item is returned. Fine. They scheduled a pickup for December 16th. Guess what? Nobody showed up. No driver, no notification, nothing. I log into the Amazon app and it now says “Delivery Rejected” (for a pickup!). Zero explanation, zero update, zero way to reschedule without starting the entire return process over. Trying to reach Amazon customer service after that is a joke. Days later, I still have a broken, expensive piece of junk sitting in my living room and Amazon is happily holding onto my money. This isn’t incompetence; this feels deliberate. Deliver obviously faulty units, charge full price, then throw up every possible roadblock to returns and refunds so customers eventually give up. Honeywell clearly doesn’t test or care about quality, and Amazon is enabling it with the worst post-sale support I’ve ever experienced. Save your money, your time, and your sanity—do NOT buy this Honeywell air purifier. And honestly, think twice before trusting Amazon with anything expensive anymore. Worst purchasing experience of my life. Zero stars if I could.

Best air purifier, we can feel the freshness. Don't look at AQI just run at 3 speed for 1 hour and set Auto mode. Really effective.

Iam using tgis product for las 15 days it's working fine. Iam staying in NCR it's purifier air from aqi 350 to under 30 in 30 min. Nice looking product with great display features. App connectivity is also good but limited features.

In the midst of worst air quality during Delhi NCR Winters, this is an excellent product which works perfectly even in more a 450 Sw ft. Area (Living and Dining Room), the PM2.5 meter works well and it purifies the Air within 15-20 mins in larger area. Whereas in. 12 *14 Sq ft room it brings the Air quality to normal in less than 10 mins . My advise is guys Go for it

Cons - Poor reliability - costly filters The PCB malfunctioned in 2 years of ownership. The honeywell customer care team was confused on the warranty period if it is 1 year or 2 years. The product is good otherwise, so replaced filters in 2 years. Pros - Product is powerful for a 1000 sq ft room. - looks premium in the room

Here are some cons - 1. This does not auto-restart after a power cut. Thus it you are living in India, where short power cuts are often, then this Air Purifier is useless. While you are sleeping in the night, there is a brief power cut for 2 mins, the purifier does not restart. And you end up sleeping whole night in pollution. 2. The Wifi feature is not reliable. It does not work all the time, specifically when you need it. 3. The digital meter is also not reliable. I have a separate meter and this purifier always reports much lower, like 30 when it really is 100.

I’ve been using this air purifier for three months now, and I’m really happy with my purchase. For its price point, it’s been incredibly useful—especially during the winter when I usually struggle with coughing, sneezing, and asthma episodes due to dust. This year has been a blessing in comparison! (fingers crossed!) Performance & Effectiveness • The air quality indicator is very responsive—I can see it turn orange or red when I leave my room door open, and it goes back to green once I shut the doors and windows (after a little while running). • I use it in my bedroom, and it does a great job keeping the air clean. • The noise level is minimal in green mode, making it easy to sleep with. It does get a bit noisy in orange mode, but I’d take that over breathing in pollution any day! Long-Term Use & Warranty • I haven’t had to change the filters yet, but I’ll update my review in another three months when it’s due. but I do know that the replacement filter is easily available on Amazon. This was an important criteria for me when I was purchasing an air purifier because with some brands, finding a replacement filter isn't easy. • Since this is an investment, I also purchased an extra three-year warranty for peace of mind. Recommendation with a Caveat I would definitely recommend this air purifier, but with a small disclaimer—I live in Arunachal Pradesh, where the air quality isn’t as bad as in other parts of India. So, I can’t say how effective it would be in areas with extreme pollution. Overall, it’s been a great purchase, and I’m really satisfied with its performance so far!

en las mananas es cuando mas malo me ponia con las alergias y en efecto, el purificador de honeywell lo detectaba en el modo automatico y se ponia en amarillo o rojo... llevo 1 semana usandolo y he estado MUY bien... 100% recomendable... de hecho comprare otro para la sala...

I have used this in other locations where I had lived. Works very well, especially for dusty locations.
