I absolutely love these salt and pepper grinders! They are perfectly-sized, less cumbersome than most 12"+ sized grinders. They're wide enough to hold more than it looks like they hold, which means less refilling required. The grind is smooth and flawless - it usually only takes me one quick single-hand- motion to season my plate. I use pink Himalayan salt, and black peppercorns, and can adjust it easily to suit my or my husband's grind preferences. These grinders are pretty enough to set out on a table for dinner guests, while being quick and efficient for ourselves.

Perfect size! Easy to hold and turn the grinder. Grinds both S & P well. Easy to fill and comes with a top to cover grinder when not in use. Excellent design, size and function, plus they have CLEAR PLASTIC TOPS so you can easily see how much ground salt or pepper you have to sprinkle on your food. After using my first set I knew I needed another set for different combinations of pepper corns in particular. Oh, and they come with an extra set of ceramic grinding wheels (yes, ceramic, not plastic as a few reviewers falsely claim). Very smooth operation and adjustable from fine to coarse sizes. Here's my recommendation for use. First, use quality coarse salt and whole pepper corns. Second, don't grind with lid off over hot steaming food while cooking because the steam will negatively effects the salt and pepper in the grinders, the grind quality you get, and will ultimately clog the grinders. Just grind with lid on until you get the required amount (hence the need for the clear caps), open the caps and sprinkle. Easy peasy... ☺

These are a really pretty grinder set. They work well, but after a bit they don't grind as well, and the tops try to come off. They are also NOT dishwasher safe. They will literally melt, even on the top shelf.

The size is perfect and the quality is very good. I recommend the buy.

This is an exceptionally pretty set. So much so, that I'm leaving it set on the table. I'm not using it for salt and pepper, but for Sea Salt and Pink Salt. The grinders are adjustable which is nice, because sometimes you just want a fine grind and at other times you want a heavier grind. I had a small problem, but the sellers fixed it right away. They're very honest and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase other items from them. I like that the grinders are a nice heavy glass. While I don't expect to ever drop them, I do appreciate a heavier glass as compared to something thin. That said, I would always wash all the parts by hand to keep them nice and in tip top shape. I recommend this as they're both functional and pleasing to the eyes. Thank you for reading my review.

Good size but one of ours has trouble working shortly after buying. They have this small little plastic circular piece that falls out every once in a while and it will not work unless you can get the plastic part back in.

I love them! They are just the right size. They hold enough that I don't have to refill very often but small enough not to take up much of my limited counter space. They work well and are aesthetically pleasing and could go in any kitchen.
