Can this be folded and shipped in small box?

No, it comes fully assembled it’s a soft foam bat but it’s not bendable. You would have to ship it in a tall box but you could reuse the box it comes in to mail it.

I’m confused, there are two different that options with two different prices. What are the differences between the two bats?

Based on the description, the only difference is one is marketed to be from one movie and the other from the second movie. I would go with the cheaper one as the product itself is just a neoprene bat.
