I bought a Mountrax massager, as a Christmas present, for my daughter. She works 12 hr shifts at a hospital. She said that it is the best gift that she has ever received. It makes her feet feel wonderful after her shift. It stopped working after 5 months. Nothing happened to it. It only messaged and all of the other functions stopped working and it would not shut off. It was great while it lasted. I contacted Mountrax product support and told them my issues. I had to send the my order number, a video of the issues, and a picture of the product. Within 2 hrs of sending what they requested, they had figured out the problem and said that they would send me a new messager. Within 24 hours of getting my information, my new massager was on the way. It arrived in two days. Mountrax is awesome and they have excellent product service. I have never had an issue resolved that fast. My daughter absolutely loves this messager. I will keep buy mountrax!!!

I ordered this as a huge splurge for myself, and it was amazing. The pressure was very helpful and the heating function was nice. Needless to say I was quite disappointed when, at just a year after purchase, all of the functions but the kneading stopped working. I would plug in the machine and the kneading massagers automatically began going, but were not adjustable, and the beloved compression feature was no more. I read some reviews, however, which mentioned this as a common problem, and contacted customer support. They requested a video of the issue and offered, and provided, a product replacement, even though when I contacted them I was just out of the year warranty. Excellent product support and my new massager arrived and works perfectly! Would highly recommend for anyone who is on their feet a lot, and for the excellent customer service!

Item works perfectly compared to other models/brands. Has better "fuller" coverage of the bottom of the foot. The remote is the bonus. Their customer service has also been excellent too. The item ran out of warranty, and they still assisted and sent a replacement united in good faith. Excellent brand, would buy again if needed.

Months Later EDIT: After the previous two reviews - my review is back to 1 star again, unfortunately to reflect this particular model. Their customer service is great, and i LOVED this foot massager while it worked. But I regret to say that after 8.5 months, the replacement unit they sent me broke with the same exact issues. The unit turns on, the lights work, but it will not massage or do any compression. It just beeps like it's working but does nothing. When unplugged it will start kneading even if it hasn't been turned on, no other functions work, and then powering it off doesn't turn the machine off - lights go off but kneading continues. Unplugging it reverses this back to lights but no functions, etc, and the cycle continues... Looks well made, but I think there is something wrong with the overall functionality because with very good and careful treatment, unit not even being moved around, it is sad that literally 2 units will not last 3/4 of a year. EDIT: Review changed from 1 star to 5 stars because of their customer service. I wrote the review below and right away Mountrax reached out to me to make it right and offered a replacement unit. I loved the product before the first one broke and I'm hopeful with the good reviews on here that I just received a faulty unit before and this one will have no issues. Great customer service is not common anymore and so the fact that they stand behind their product brings my review up to 5 stars. Original Review: Got this as a Xmas gift and used it on average maybe once or twice a week for about 15-30 minutes. I loved it and thought it massaged well, until it suddenly and unexpectedly stopped working. It has never been moved from under the desk so it was not mistreated in any way. I simply went to turn it on and the lights come on, but it will not do anything. I then tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it kneads very quickly (buttons or remote do not work to control it) but has no heat or compression, and I cannot adjust or even turn off the kneading until I unplug it. Going to reach out to product support but otherwise very disappointed that it didn't even last 8 full months, especially for the price. It seems like a quality product but obviously lacks longevity.

I wanted to thoroughly test it out before reviewing. If you’re a skeptical shopper like myself, this is a great investment! I promise you won’t waste your money. This massager after a long day of being on your feet is just perfection. It helps my tired achy feet. My feet normally hurt under my toes, the sides of my feet/pinky toes, and sometimes the ball of my foot. It’s spacious inside. I’m able to push my feet forward to hit more spots on my feet. The heat is good. I didn’t expect it to be extreme honestly. I just wish it didn’t shut off automatically. I also wish the air compression was stronger. I would purchase again if it came down to it. I use it on the daily basis. Keep in mind, I’m someone that obsesses over new purchases and forget them in a week. lol. If you are a hard worker, you deserve this massager. Thank me later.

This foot massager has been a great addition to my routine after long workdays. The kneading, compression, and heat features work really well and do an excellent job relieving my sore, tired feet. It feels strong and effective without being uncomfortable, and the heat is especially relaxing.

It's a nice massager and the heater also works well.

I bought it my wife for Christmas and she is loving her Mountrax foot massager. She has used it every day since Christmas.

Je chausse du 45 et je craignais que les poches soient trop petites : ce n'est pas le cas, mes pieds peuvent encore se déplacer d'un ou deux cm longitudinalement. Contrairement à d'autres commentaires que j'ai pu lire je ne trouve pas que la compression soit excessive, personnellement je la règle au niveau 2/3 (le niveau 3/3 étant effectivement trop fort). Cet appareil fonctionne bien, j'ai été agréablement surpris par un massage agréable et qui ressemble beaucoup (même s'il ne le remplace pas bien sûr) à un massage manuel. Le chauffage est discret mais suffisant. La télécommande est très pratique. Seul petit défaut plusieurs fois signalé : le cordon d'alimentation est un poil trop court, mais une rallonge résout facilement ce problème. Enfin, l'appareil est silencieux et n'est pas trop encombrant. En résumé : un achat que je ne regrette pas pour l'instant. A voir bien sûr dans le temps sa durée de fonctionnement...
