I bought the laser hair remover for myself and my daughter. I am the only one who has tried it so far. I tested it on my leg and toe. It is PAINLESS. The blasts of laser do not hurt at all. It initially made me question if it worked because it was not painful at all. I did follow directions and only used it on the lowest setting first, so that may be the reason I couldn’t feel it. I have tested an area to make sure I didn’t have any reaction. I plan on using it on my underarms, upper lip and bikini area. My daughter will use it for underarms. I’ve only used it twice. I can’t speak to permanent hair loss, only because it hasn’t been long enough. I will definitely come back and write a follow up review. So far the product is lightweight, easy to use, can’t wait to try it on other areas.

I only had it for a month when I dropped it on the counter. The light must have shattered. It turns on and appears to work fine, but the light doesn't come on anymore when I push the button. So I didn't even get to use it long enough to know if it worked 😭

You can’t go wrong with this device. It is absolutely simple to use and pain free. It comes with two glasses which is great. It only takes a few seconds in order to achieve great results that last a long time. The price is great and well worth it. My daughter and I were spending a whole lot more at a spa and not getting the results we wanted. In the luxury of our home we are achieving great results that last.

This is my first try at any IPL device. It is very easy to use (looks like it can be used similarly to many others) and I haven't really seen results yet, so it is hard for me to gauge. I have had this product about 3 months and have tried to use it 1-2 times per week (I missed a few weeks in between), so I am still waiting to see what happens. One thing that has prevented me from being able to use the product on several occasions is that you should not put Lotion or deodorant on before using this product and hair length should not be more than 2mm long before using this therapy. I used this laser twice a week for 2.5 months and haven't noticed a reduction in hair growth. I have fair skin and light to dark brown hair depending on the area. I gave up when the unit's internal fan stopped working properly. Thankfully the item was still under warranty, and the seller did refund my money.
