Sharp and accurate
This is a great slicer! Sharp, balanced, well made and perfect for big roasts. Not a flimsy blade.The blade cuts evenly and straight. The ground hollows give release to the meat and vegetables so there’s no sticking or struggling. I’m so pleased that I’m going to look into other specialty pieces for myself and friends.

Incredible knife it’s worth the money
Awesome knife I ended up cutting through a frozen chuck roast. This is so sharp. I barely touched my finger and started to bleed. It’s incredible. Thank you so much for making a good product.

9 Months of Heavy Commercial Use and it Still Looks Brand New
I bought this Cutluxe 10" Cimeter Knife for the commercial kitchen I manage. It has a full tang, polished wooden handle, and a very sharp, curved blade which maintains its edge after heavy use. The blade is lined with divots which help prevent food from sticking, and though quite large, feels perfectly balanced in the hand. Function: I got this 9 months ago for my kitchen crew and I to use, mainly for butchering larger cuts of meat like beef eye rounds and pork shoulders. After primarily using perfectly functional, popular Swiss-inspired cimeters with black, plastic handles in the past, this Cutluxe knife feels like a huge upgrade. It has also surpassed our previous favorite knives in function, quality, and durability. We use it multiple times daily for breaking down larger cuts and for fine slicing of cooked meats for sandwiches. It holds its edge extremely well despite heavy daily use and multiple users, and the edge comes back quickly and easily with a honing rod or fine sharpening stone when needed (which isn't often). This is also washed multiple times daily in heavy-duty detergent and sanitized in bleach water, substances which can wreck blades and wooden handles, but it still looks brand new. It comes in a nice display box, and we actually use this to store the knife. Verdict: This knife is a pleasure to use and displays professional-level quality. It has held up beautifully after 9 months of constant use, and I expect it to continue delivering far into the future. Its perfect balance makes it easy to use, and its razor-sharp edge is easy to maintain. I liked it so much I purchased another knife from this brand with similar results, and I highly recommend it (with the blessings of my crew). Pros: Excellent value. Professional grade. Perfectly balanced. Easy to use and maintain despite large size. Cons: None evident after 9 months.

Loving my knife
Im giving five stars because I’ve had it for two days and I loved it since the moment I took it out of the box. I hope this hype lasts for the time I use this product. It feels sturdy, balanced, well done and it’s very sharp. I used it for the first time to cut a picanha roast and it went through the meat like butter, few strokes and light pressure get the job done. I was doubtful in getting this brand because despite having great reviews anywhere, some of the worst said it was like getting a “fancy”, overpriced Chinese knife and it may be true, however I decided to risk it and buy it to get a good quality tool. As I said before I hope the hype remains for the time I use it (and I expect to have it for some time) and as a home cook, I highly recommend this product to anybody looking for a butcher knife.

Great Quality
Great quality knife, very sharp and ready to cut a 15lb brisket right out of the box. Handle fits well in the hand, and the blade is nice and sturdy. The edge held its sharpness pretty well through out the holidays. Came in a nice box with info pamphlets, a sheath and a cleaning wipe.

A great knife at a great value!
I got this knife because for the past 2 years I have learning how to make BBQ and I was need of a knife to slice cuts like brisket, roasts, and pork shoulder. The price was right so I purchased one. The first that I used it, I fell in love with it. It is ridiculously sharp, so much so that when I was cleaning it using slotted knife brush, it actually shaved off some of the bristles. When cutting meat with it, you only have to draw it across the meat and it will slice into it under the blades own weight like the meat is butter with ease. The size is large enough to make even cuts from large pieces of meat like brisket or ham. Also the grip is very comfortable and sits in the hand comfortably when in use. Well done Cutluxe! I am definitely planning to add more of their knives to my BBQ kit.

Amazing quality
I bought this for my boyfriend for Christmas. He is an avid BBQer. He has been wanting a brisket knife. I did my research and landed on this one for quality and price. And wow! Opening the box and pulling the knife out was a whole experience! He was amazed at the beauty! I was too! I wasnt expecting it to be godlike! It was life Arthur pulling out the sword from the rock! 😅 but seriously! He used it the next day and loved how easily it cut the brisket!
