This little thing is a dream come true. I recently purchased some led taillights from a well-known company, that were not working correctly. These taillights are advertised as plug n play, which there really not for a lot of people. I used this mini jl Tazer to correct the problem I was having. I'm so glad the taillights are working now, because I really like the look of them. I'm still a fan of the well-known company even though the Tazer had to change my truck's stock configuration to allow the taillights to work. The mini jl tazer can help me change my tire size, disconnect auto start/stop system,install an ant-theft pin to prevent car from being stolen, and much more. I'm glad it's easy to install. Also, it's saves you from having to go to tge delar to make changes when making modifications to your vehicle.

Easy to program, just make sure to read the instructions in full before you start programming.

Works as it should. Gives me all of the options I need for customizing my rig.

The product works like advertised. It is easy to install but getting the wires out to install it takes small to normal sized hands. If you have sausage fingers like me good luck. Some of the newer features like turn assist is helpful to the longer jeep gladiator off road. Over all alot of features to upgrade and personalization of your jeep.

I got my Tazer and it worked well for about 6 months. Then I had issues I was told needed an update. Their online update would not even let me get to the update screen. Support is via message or email ONLY. You read that right. You cannot speak to anyone for real time support. Most emails were answered in 1-2 days. It has been a week and I am waiting for my last email to be answered. They give instructions. I email back that I already did what they suggest. 2 days later I get another question from them. I respond and then wait again. This is seriously the worst customer service and support I have experience with any product. I like the product. I want to give them thumbs up. But when mine went on the fritz…..they really don’t care. It seems like they have enough happy customers, they don’t have to bother with those of us who have trouble. If you purchase a device and it works, you will be happy. If you have any trouble, you are screwed. Good product, terrible company and businessmen!!!
