Best dispenser ever!!!
I’ve had this Innovia Automatic Paper Towel Dispenser for several years now, and it has held up incredibly well. It still works perfectly, which really says a lot about the quality and durability of this product. The touchless technology is super convenient and hygienic, especially in the kitchen. It dispenses only the number of sheets you need, which has helped cut down on wasted paper towels over time. It works great with most paper towel brands and sizes, so there’s no hassle finding refills. I also love how stylish and modern it looks. The under-cabinet mount keeps the counter clutter-free and gives the kitchen a clean, organized appearance. It blends in nicely and feels more like a premium appliance than a basic dispenser. This is also a fantastic gift idea. It’s practical, long-lasting, and something people don’t usually buy for themselves but end up loving once they have it. Overall, this dispenser is reliable, well-designed, saves paper, and still looks great after years of use. Highly recommend for your own home or as a thoughtful gift.

Extra counter space, easy to install, works great
This works great and gives you more counter space. You will eventually tear off a section that doesn't tear off straight and if it "jams" it is easily corrected.

Great towel dispenser but you need to understand how it works!
A carpenter who was in my home working on something else installed it under a kitchen cabinet for me right on top of an AC outlet. (Didn’t think it worked by battery, did you?) I was always shifting a huge roll of paper towels all over the kitchen ; on top of the sink, next to my toaster or on the island. No matter where I placed it, it was an eyesore. Being a gadget technical person I. Spotted this on Amazon, or course. You hold your hand in front of the unit and it will dispense your towel. You can set it to dispense a large number of towels pre one half towel, which is what I use. First time I used it, it dispensed about four full towels and I said this thing is broken! However that is not the case. Clever design allows to to take as many full or half towels that you want and then, retracts all the unused towels back into the dispenser. I’ve been using it to dispense an already slit half towel and then it sucks it right up. I found that if your take a half towel out, after a few times it will only dispense a half towel which is all I need. If I need more towels, I hold my hand in front of the sensor and it will dispense as many as you need, If I need four full towels I hold my hand over the sensor and out comes about four or five towels. You tear off what you need and again, it retracts the roll until next time! I find it looks better than having the towels all over my kitchen and I don’t waste towels any more pulling out too many. I like this dispenser but you have to realize one fact; pull out as many towels that you need by holding your hand over the front sensor, but realize you have to accomplish this prior to the unit retracting all the towels. I have a great quote from my grandson who asked, “ Grandpa, why does it eat the towels?” Well now you know. One last thing, I purchase the huge rolls of towels from BJ’s and they fit in the dispenser with no problem, thus far .

Works great once it’s set up.
I like this paper towel dispenser. I am an arm amputee, and finding a paper towel holder that makes tearing off one easy for me is a challenge. I know this one was expensive, but for me it was worth a try. It mounted up fairly easy under the cabinet. Looks cool. It holds the roll of Viva paper towels just fine. It seems well made. I can tear off a single sheet perfectly with no trouble. My only complaint is that it binds up easily when you first start a new roll. You have to waste one paper towel to set it up properly. When it sucks the towel back in after tearing one off during setup, it binds easily. I’d still like it to be a bit cheaper. If I wasn’t handicapped, I wouldn’t justify spending that much for a paper towel dispenser.

Easy to use and saves counter space
We love ours. Fits well under the cabinet. Very easy to set up and use. Once set up, you just put your hand in front of the sensor and it will put out what you have it set to. If you need more just keep your hand there and it will spit out more. Easy to tear off. We’ve been having ours for over a year now and haven’t had any issues. We do find cheaper thin paper towels don’t work as well and get jammed easier. The nicer thicker ones work much better and that’s ok with us. It’s worth the investment. We loved ours so much we bought a second one as a gift when our son bought a home. I’ve been thru a few paper towel holders and prefer this much better.

Best paper towel holder
I love how you can take out one paper towel at a time by just waving your hand and all the rest stay cleanly and neatly placed inside the container. If you need more you just hold your hand in front of the sensor again and it gets out another one and up to four max. Whatever you don't use the machine will take back in, fold and put back in so you don't have to worry. Super easy to get paper towels with literally just w want of a hand.

Repair information and quality
I purchased an undercounter dispenser 10 years ago from Katom.com. Last week this older dispenser failed. I contacted support via chat and was told it was not repairable, nor could the agent help with finding parts. If fact, I was able to disassemble the dispenser and identify the problem. The helical gear on the drive motor had lost the internal flat that fits onto the motor shaft. With a small amount of Epoxy I was able to repair the gear and put the unit back into service. It is unfortunate that good products such as this end up in landfills because repair parts are not made available. Additionally, I decided to purchase a new unit so that I could have a backup ready to go into service should the older unit fail in the future. I received the new unit today. I unpacked it and proceeded to test the performance. Immediately I encountered trouble with the left locking pin on the door failing to engage and latch. I was very close to choosing to return the unit. However, I decided to look a little closer as to how the door was hinged. Turns out, the left hinge pin was hanging loose on the inside of the door. I was able to push it through the door bearing and snap it into the housing. This corrected the issue and I will be keeping this dispenser. I would give these units a score of five if it weren't for these two issues. Followup: After two months my old unit failed again. This redesigned under the cabinet dispenser is more easisly mounted than my original. However, there are two differences that are not as good as my original. First, they have eliminated the battery option. Second, the programming is less accurate. The tear off extends at least 5/8" beyond the edge of the dispenser. This may require a two handed tear off instead of tearing against the edge of the dispenser as I could do with the original. Still a 3 rating.
