Excellent arrived yesterday and just what I was looking for please ignore any previous reviews this was mentioned for quite mind

I have been taking the Lions Mane tincture for 3 weeks now in my morning coffee, which is the best way to take it in my opinion. I am not super keen on the taste and in coffee it pretty much disappears. I didn't really know what to expect as it's my first time taking Lions Mane. The main difference I see is that I am so much more alert when I wake up in the morning. It used to take my mind little longer to get going but now as soon as I get up and by the time I get to the kitchen to put the coffee on, I am wide awake. Will mention also that I haven't changed anything in my lifestyle, still consuming as much sugar and carbs as before. I can also concentrate on reading much better than before, even if I still have the same amount stress as before. This was one of the reasons why I wanted to try the tincture. To be able to concentrate as my mind was all over the place and it has definitely helped. I am sure the benefits will be even greater the longer I take it. The changes are quite subtle though, so don't expect things to happen suddenly. Plus points for packaging! I am working hard on reducing plastic in my life so to receive a glass bottle in minimum packaging is super.

I tried dropping it straight on my tongue but it was so bitter I couldn’t handle it. I put it in water and could manage it. Because of the taste I’ve not used it as much as I thought I would however the benefits of these medicinal mushrooms are incredible. I want to try it in my coffee next. Very happy it’s organic. May try one of the other ones next time.

I was a bit concerned as it's a tincture with alcohol (most homeopathic sites prefer glycerin based), but found this nothing to worry about in my case. I normally have the powdered form, but it's a bit of a faff as I have to blend it into my morning cafe con leche using a blending stick. The tincture on the otherhand is a dawdle in comparison to the powder. I find the benefits of clarity and better concentration worth subscribing to.

Great Product with a beautiful eco-friendly packaging. I have been using this tincture for just a few days and I already feel the change in my mood and energy. Love the fact that they are dual extracted and all active components are present in the tincture. I am a medicinal mushroom user myself and I rarely find genuine log-grown organic mushrooms, so I am over the moon to have found this tincture. Also the tincture form makes it super easy to integrate it into your daily routine. I will definitely buy again!

Reishi Mushrooms are a game changers for people with J-Pouches, etc. that suffer from acidic diarrhea and the “ring of fire infamous butt burn.” Taken with or without food, it keeps the feces/output at an alkaline ph level which stops the acidic burn. If you have a J-Pouch of any kind, you understand how awful that burn can be. This stuff stops it from the inside out by changing the PH levels from acidic to alkaline. It’s incredible, and I highly recommend it.

I love this lions Maine extract, I mix it with my coffee and it leaves no after taste. If taken by itself it does have an alcohol taste but in terms of usefulness it’s great. I am currently taking the lions Maine in the morning and the raishi extract at night. The raishi extract is AMAZING! It has helped me build up my immune system. While I am not 100% where I want to be with my immune system the Reishi extract has helped tremendously. I have only been taking it for about 2 months.

Taste awful hate it
